X-Group was built around a simple idea: homeowners deserve to know who they're working with and what to expect from their contractor.
As a family-owned company, we stay personally involved in the work and the client experience. Anton leads the construction side of the business, while Irina manages marketing, communication, organization, and the systems behind each project.
From the first conversation through the finished work, our goal is to keep things straightforward, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful decisions based on what your home actually needs.

Anton Zinovenko
Owner & Construction Lead
Anton leads X-Group's construction operations and works directly with homeowners to understand existing conditions and determine what a project actually requires.
His approach is straightforward: understand what's there first, then determine what should be repaired, replaced, or rebuilt.
He stays involved in evaluating projects, defining the work, and overseeing how the work is carried out in the field.
Irina Zinovenko
Marketing & Client Experience
Irina focuses on the business and client side of X-Group, including communication, marketing, organization, and the processes that help homeowners understand their options and know what to expect.
Her role is about creating a clear, organized experience around the construction work—from the first inquiry to project communication and follow-up.
