SHOULD DAMAGED CONCRETE BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED?
It depends on the type and extent of the damage, the condition of the existing concrete, and what is causing the problem. Some localized issues may be repairable, while widespread cracking, deterioration, or movement may make replacement the more practical option.
WHY IS MY CONCRETE CRACKING OR SETTLING?
Concrete can crack or move for different reasons, including ground movement, water, drainage, freeze-thaw conditions, or issues beneath the slab. The visible crack is only part of what should be considered when deciding how to address it.
CAN YOU REPAIR JUST ONE DAMAGED SECTION?
In some cases, yes. If the problem is localized and the surrounding concrete is in reasonable condition, addressing an individual section may make sense. We evaluate the existing condition before recommending the scope.
WILL NEW CONCRETE CRACK?
Concrete can develop cracks over time, and no contractor can reasonably promise that concrete will never crack. Proper preparation, placement, drainage considerations, and control joints can help manage the risk and how cracking occurs.
HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN USE NEW CONCRETE?
